The staff of Hawthorn Surgery are coming together to raise money for Children in Need! Celebrating 25 years we are going to challenge ourselves & we would love your support!

From 25 minute silence to 25 hours with no mobile phone & everything in between, we are coming up with individual challenges to really get behind such a good cause.
