If you prefer not to wait for a blood test appointment at Hawthorn Surgery, you can attend one of the Hospital Walk-In clinics below; you do not need to make an appointment.
You will need to collect your blood forms from Hawthorn Surgery and take them with you.
Walk-in Clinics
Leeds General Infirmary, Brotherton Wing
Adults/Children: Monday to Friday 9am to 4.45pm
St James’s Hospital, Blood Rooms Lincoln Wing Out Patients 1 and 2
Monday to Friday: 9am to 4.45pm
Chapel Allerton Blood Room
Monday to Friday: 9am to 2pm
Seacroft Hospital Blood Room
Main Out patients: 8.30am to 4pm
Wharfedale Blood Room
- Monday: 9am to 1pm
- Tuesday and Wednesday: 9am to 4.30pm
- Thursday: 9am to 1pm
- Friday: closed
