Hawthorn Surgery is currently dealing with a very high number of phone calls and we are aware that some of our patients have experienced some difficulty getting through to the Practice on the phones. We constantly monitor the number of phone calls coming in each day, and are making some changes to the new phone system, which will hopefully improve things. We are also recruiting two new reception staff. We will continue to monitor the situation, but would ask that you please bear with us. Mondays are particularly busy, so if you need to contact us about a routine matter, please avoid Mondays if possible, or use the online system.
