We have never had any problems so can’t suggest any improvements.
The lift needs a number 2 button it’s very confusing lol!
Better receptionists
The on-hold time could be improved other than that I have no suggestions.
An easier way to access nurses’ appointments for example for smear tests, being able to not specify dates and times or book via reception is frustrating.

Just about everything
I was extremely happy with the receptionist & how she dealt with my call. I was very apprehensive as I’m new patient & you hear all these horror stories, but she couldn’t of put me more at ease if she’d tried.
Doctors’ ok nurses ok
The patient service at Hawthorn Surgery is second to none from the moment you enter to surgery every member of the team are professional, courteous and friendly. The medical team are outstanding.
The staff are always friendly. They all try their best to help as much as they can.
